Rachel Wright started her employment with Nicol home in 2019, after previously working as an LPN at the facility in 2015, as a versatile staff member working both day and night shifts as an RN. Quickly asserting her leadership skills, she stepped into the Medical Records role in early 2020, and then advanced into the Director of Nursing role in early 2021. Rachel has a wonderful corgi puppy, and enjoys spending time with her family at their home in Minneapolis, or working on cars with her husband in their auto body garage shop.
