Bridgett Colby started her career at Nicol Home as a CNA in 2015 and was promoted to Dietary Manager in 2016. Bridgett helps in any way she can to make the Nicol Home feel like home to our residents.  She has donated her time by filling shifts as a CNA or helping in housekeeping.  In 2017 she was promoted to the Social Services and Activities Director. She also is a certified Dementia Care Specialist by the state of Kansas, and a certified Infection Preventionist. Bridgett currently resides in Concordia, Kansas with her family.  When she is not working at the Nicol Home, she’s cleaning homes in the area for the elderly and spending time with her lovely family.
